🍿 A Little Chaos: To call a movie that takes place in palatial 17th century French houses and gardens sumptuous may be a bit trite, but if the shoe fits…

The glacial pace of the budding romance between two high-profile gardeners in A Little Chaos leaves plenty of time to admire the scenery. Though the film had a fairly slow pace throughout, and was all the better for it, the end felt a bit rushed to get to the denouement. This was Alan Rickman’s last film as a director and certainly a splendid effort overall.
